Our company strictly follows the general recruitment procedures (based on international standards) and strict interviewing procedures to recruit one of the best and most efficient personnel in the Security industry.
The standard of recruitment for Land Security is as follows: –
- Ex- Army personal (Gurkha)
- Age: Candidate maximum age is 45 years.
- Character: “Exemplary” character by their last duty unit.
- Medical Check: Drug and alcohol screening, Urinalysis, Blood analysis etc.
- Criminal History Check: We duly check the candidate's background.
- Physique: Candidate must be in excellent physical shape 1.
- Experience: We prefer those applications that have some experience in this security industry.
The standard of recruitment for Marine Security is as follows: –
- Good Communication skills.
- Service in Indian Army, Indian navy, Indian Air Force or Para Military Services.
- Proof of service certificates and discharge papers.
- Successful completion of a recognized Maritime Security Course.
- Firearms Proficiency Certificate/Qualification.
- STCW 95 / STCW 2010 Basic Safety Training (4 Modules).
- Seaman's Book and Discharge Book.
- Yellow Fever Inoculation Card.
- Doctor's Letter confirming sound Health.
- Clean criminal record background check.
- Passport with at least 02 Years validity remaining.
- Original copies of all certificates must be produced at interview stage, and copies of certificates must be made available in paper and electronic form.
Thus, a candidate has to fully comply with the set strict parameters. Once, they get through this, they are qualified for induction. After induction, each security professional has to undergo rigorous training which can be categorized into 'basic' and 'on-the job'. These courses prepare them for top performance at their position, and provide a wide and wise vision of an area, much better than that of citizens and average security professional.
In the basic training, the security professional are made familiar with their service conditions. This is followed by a brief introduction about the code of conduct to be followed by each security professional.
